I coach for transformation not just change and love working with ACTION takers. Regardless of the program, our first step will always be a discovery/strategy session to uncover your presenting issue(s). A proper initial assessment, a taking of inventory, is an essential tool toward achieving your personal goals and the best method to take to get there.
For example, without having a good evaluation of how you feel and function with your body weight and discussion on how you even got there to begin with, there is no way a fitness coach can design a specific program catered to your needs as a client. We would also need to uncover then discuss your food cravings, water intake, food consumption, sleep patterns and current activity level; and a thorough evaluation of your short and long-term goals while looking ahead at any threats to finally achieving your goals. You do want the best results, right? This can be done either in person or virtually for your convenience and comfort level. We can use Skype, Hangouts, Facebook, Zoom, etc. After we identify the problem that you’re sick and tired of and no longer want, we’ll:
* Create a crystal clear vision for your ‘ultimate success’ so you know exactly what you want, where you’re headed, and what you need to do to make it happen
* Uncover any hidden limiting beliefs, biggest challenges or threats that may be sabotaging your ability to make changes that last or slowing your progress
* Leave the very first session renewed, re-energized, and refocused armed with the best attack to get you there-once and for all.
So whether you’re ready for your best personal, professional, or relationship success, an assessment is one of the most important steps and tools used in designing your customized program.

#1 Get crystal clear. As specifically as possible, DECIDE what you want. The more clarity on what you want to have in your life, the more likely you are to achieve it.
#2 Get a different perspective. Most people don’t tell folks what they want or what they are struggling with so as a result, no result because they don’t get an outside perspective. “We can not solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.” – Albert Einstein
#3 Get support. Very few(if any) achieve anything great or of significance alone. Your favorite athletes, actors, etc. all have coaches. Be willing to ask the people in your life for support AND receive it.
