Did you know that consistent physical activity(150-300 minutes/week) increases your chances of living a longer, healthier and happier life? It also has been shown to reduce your risk for high blood pressure, heart disease, and some types of cancer.

BillboardzWellness360 is teaming up with the President’s Council on Fitness, Sports, & Nutrition in honor of National Physical Fitness and Sports Month. During the month of May, we challenge you to include 30 minutes of physical activity every day and watch how it impacts other areas of your life(energy, attitude, performance).

There’s no substitute for looking strong but feeling and being strong. It doesn’t happen over night but you CAN do it. Remember 150 minutes a week is ONLY 30 MINUTES A DAY(OUT OF 24 HOURS). Don’t forget to do some strength training atleast 2 or 3 days a week using resistance bands, weights, or even your own bodyweight.
